Sawii Shokudo's Nakkopse

Nak-gop-sae (낙곱새), derived from the first syllables of nakji (octopus), gopchang (intestines), and saeu (shrimp), is a regional dish originating from Busan, South Korea. Sawii Shokudo operates over 30 stores in Korea and has expanded to Malaysia, positioning itself as the industry leader in franchising. The secret sauce that defines Sawii Shokudo's flavor is made from 17 ingredients and is aged at low temperatures for 72 hours before use. Sawii Shokudo is now recruiting franchise partners in Japan. In just one year since its launch, we have achieved 10 stores, with an average monthly sales per tsubo across all stores from April 2025 to March 2026 exceeding 800,000 yen, and a 20-tsubo model store achieving over 16 million yen in monthly sales. Thanks to the efforts of our franchisees, we have proven that this business model can succeed even outside of Korean town commercial areas like Shin-Okubo and Tsuruhashi. Since its launch last year, the enthusiasm has not waned, and we continue to have a large number of customers visiting our stores, with many locations overflowing with customers...

We receive daily requests such as "Please open stores faster!" and "Please open a store near my home!", and we are urgently seeking potential franchisees.

We can also accommodate the utilization of vacant properties and business format conversions, allowing for store openings with reduced costs. For new builds from scratch, the budget is around 25 to 35 million yen.
