SalivaTech Co., Ltd. (Representative Director: Makoto Sunamura; hereinafter "SalivaTech"), developer of the saliva-based cancer risk test "SalivaChecker," is pleased to announce that it has been certified as a Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (Small and Medium-sized Enterprise category, "Bright 500") by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry on March 9, 2026, marking its second consecutive year of recognition.

As a company that supports "pre-symptomatic and preventive care" through technology, we believe that the health of our employees is the source of our innovation. This fiscal year, we have strengthened our efforts for both mental and physical well-being, including having all employees undergo our self-developed "SalivaChecker" test, providing nutrition-based mental care, and implementing communication measures that leverage local culture.

Main Initiatives for This Term We view "Health & Productivity Management" as a pillar of our management strategy and are developing activities centered on the following three axes:

1. Mental Health "Mental health starts with nutrition" - Nutrition Seminars: We held nutrition seminars led by experts to deepen knowledge of dietary habits that directly contribute to the prevention of mental health issues. Promotion of Flexible Work Styles: We actively utilize a flextime system. We have thoroughly established an atmosphere where it is easy to take paid leave, aiming to improve work-life balance. Utilization of Engagement Surveys: We grasp the state of our organization through data and use it to continuously improve the workplace environment.

2. Physical & Communication Creation of Exercise Opportunities: In addition to daily radio calisthenics, we planned in-house walking events to create opportunities for employees to develop exercise habits while having fun. Thorough Follow-up After Health Checkups: We do not stop at just having employees undergo checkups; we carefully provide recommendations for re-examinations and encourage medical consultations based on the results. Hosting In-house Events (e.g., Imoni Parties): Through social events such as the "Imoni Party" (a local cultural tradition), we have revitalized communication across departmental boundaries, leading to the creation of a workplace with high psychological safety.

3. Investment in Preventive Medicine Undergoing "SalivaChecker": We provide our self-developed testing service, "SalivaChecker," which can evaluate current cancer risk using a small amount of saliva, to all employees as part of our welfare benefits. By having employees experience the value of our own products, we raise health awareness and encourage concrete behavioral changes toward early detection and early treatment.

Comment from Representative Director Makoto Sunamura I am very honored to be certified as a Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization for the second consecutive year. We are a company that delivers "preventive medicine" in the form of saliva-based cancer risk testing to society. That is precisely why we believe that we ourselves must first enjoy that value and be healthy in both mind and body. Employee health is the company's greatest asset. We will continue to actively utilize our own technology internally, pursue a workplace environment where employees are full of vitality and can work with a smile, and contribute to the local community.

SalivaTech's Mission - Contribute to early detection and early intervention of diseases through our screening test business. - Propose mechanisms to society that protect people's "lives" and "bodies" as a bridge between self-care and medical care. - Collaborate with academia to advance continuous technological development and clinical research, and return the results to society as quickly as possible.
