Through this initiative, the company aims to raise the AI literacy of each individual employee while simultaneously improving the effectiveness of governance and security measures. *The certification rate applies to employees, including existing staff, who have been with the company for at least one year. ## ◾️Background of SALES ROBOTICS' Generative AI Initiatives and the Recommendation to Obtain the Generative AI Passport At SALES ROBOTICS, we are promoting the utilization and establishment of generative AI across the entire company. As of March 2026, the generative AI usage rate is 98.7% (using it at least once a month), and the daily usage rate has recorded 90.4%. This data includes all employees regardless of their roles or titles, such as sales, marketing, and general affairs, showing that generative AI has permeated every aspect of our business. Appropriate knowledge and security awareness are indispensable behind such high generative AI utilization. As part of the foundational knowledge required for its use, our company has been encouraging all employees, including executives, to acquire the Generative AI Passport within one year of joining. As a result, as of March 2026, we have achieved a 94.1% certification rate among all eligible employees.
