This establishment was born from the desire of Takumi Akiyama, a pizza craftsman with 9 years of experience, to "create a place where tired people after work or friends can casually gather and reset their minds." Akiyama incorporates the coolness of US street culture, which he loves, into his pizzas. He aims for a space where staff and customers can naturally connect, not just a place to eat. He chose Gotanda, a town where working people and local residents intersect, as the stage for his challenge. "I want to become a deeply rooted presence in the community as a third place that provides energy for tomorrow," he says, looking towards a passionate future.

Distinct from traditional Italian restaurants with a warm, wood-based aesthetic, this establishment recreates a stylish "European backstreet" using exposed concrete and stainless steel as its base. Strictly adhering to the tradition and formality valued in Neapolitan pizza, the fermentation state of the dough, which changes with the day's temperature and humidity, is meticulously judged solely by years of experience.
