SALA Group (Headquarters: Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture / Group Representative & CEO: Goro JINNO), which develops various businesses supporting daily life and business, will participate in the "4th Okashi na Summer School in Aichi" (hereinafter referred to as "Oka-sama"), co-hosted by 47 companies and organizations gathered under the call to "Make our beloved Aichi more interesting and exciting!", continuing from last year. From July 18 (Sat) to August 31 (Mon), 2026, among the events held at various locations within Aichi Prefecture, SALA Group will co-host five events in Toyohashi and Nagoya. Centered around eMCAMPUS STUDIO and SALA E&L Higashimikawa Co., Ltd., we will combine the diverse knowledge within the group and team up with a wide variety of companies that are energizing the region, to deliver "strange" learning experiences that excite both children and adults from Higashimikawa and Nagoya.

[For Parents and Children] Narikiri Quest ~5 Challenges for Parents and Children to Foster Empathy~
This is a festival-style workshop where participants learn about "the daily lives (perspectives and positions) of others" while having fun, with diversity as the theme. Through art experiences wearing glasses that make it difficult to distinguish colors, and adventures navigating obstacle courses with recycled materials in wheelchairs, parents and children will take on five missions to foster "empathy".

[For Adults] Executive Meeting Night 2026 in Toyohashi ~Self-Liberation and Corporate Management~
A highly popular talk session held annually. This year, executives from companies with ties to Toyohashi will all transform into "Drag Queens"! Shedding their usual titles and suits, they will engage in a no-script, honest conversation on the theme of "Self-Liberation and Corporate Management." A "Kasugai Time" will also be prepared for participants to interact and mingle.

[For Children] Gather, Elementary School Presidents! Learn about the "Regional Money Relay" with a Card Game ~Challenge New Product Development with Your Ideas~
Elementary school students become "presidents" and challenge themselves to create new products using cards representing Aichi's materials and companies! With hints from AI and support from adult "secretaries," they will learn about the flow of money and the workings of jobs in the region through a game. The business plan sheets they create are perfect for independent study. Date & Time: August 4, 2026 (Tue) 13:00-15:00

[For Adults] Molting Support Group for Those Who Want to Evolve ~A Workshop for a Slightly More Enjoyable Work Life Starting Tomorrow~
This is a "real molting" workshop for adults who are unsure about their work style or want to update their careers. Taking inspiration from the molting stories of evolved business professionals, participants will seriously consider their own work styles, and finally, in a slightly "strange" experience, they will be wrapped in paper rolls and make a "molting declaration."

A one-day-only lab for upper elementary and junior high school students to discover abilities that cannot be measured by school tests. The results of carnival game play will be thoroughly analyzed to quantify "ability status," which will then be logically matched with future occupations that fit the student's potential. Honest interviews with adults working on the front lines will also be conducted.
