Sakura Jimusho Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo / President: Naoya Yamamoto), a "real estate expert" providing comprehensive real estate consulting and home inspection services for individuals, and consulting services for condominium management associations, announced its transition to a new management structure effective April 1, 2026. Naoya Yamamoto, formerly Senior Managing Director and COO, has been appointed as Representative Director and President of Sakura Jimusho Co., Ltd. and its group company, Rakuda Fudosan Co., Ltd. Rinka Onishi, formerly Representative Director and President CEO, has been appointed as Representative Director and Chairperson. Additionally, Yushun Tomoda, formerly Executive Officer CCO, and Kei Tamura, formerly Executive Officer CRO, have been newly appointed as Directors. Overview of the New Management System

Naoya Yamamoto, formerly Senior Managing Director and COO, has been appointed as Representative Director and President of Sakura Jimusho Co., Ltd. and its group company, Rakuda Fudosan Co., Ltd. Concurrently, Rinka Onishi, formerly Representative Director and President, has been appointed as Representative Director and Chairperson of both companies. Furthermore, two executive officers have been newly appointed as directors, and Tatsuya Shibao, a home inspector who has been active on the front lines, and Ryuji Onizuka, a condominium management consultant, have been newly appointed as executive officers.

Sakura Jimusho, supported by many, has reached a significant milestone in its 27th year since establishment. Receiving the baton of trust built by founder Nagashima and second-generation president Onishi, this marks the beginning of a new "Third Founding Period."

Our philosophy is "to pursue happier relationships between people and real estate, and to pass on a rich and beautiful society to the next generation." To further accelerate this universal aspiration, we are transitioning to a new management system.

The rapidly changing social landscape and the advent of the AI era present significant opportunities for us. Going forward, the question will be how to design "human happiness." After experience in condominium/building management and real estate brokerage, engaged in condominium management consulting and real estate agent work. Managed over 50 condominium management accounts and handled over 500 real estate brokerage cases. Joined Sakura Jimusho Co., Ltd. in April 2020. Appointed as Senior Managing Director and COO in April 2025. Concurrently served as Senior Managing Director and COO of the group company Rakuda Fudosan Co., Ltd. in the same month, a position held to date.

After working for a major remodeling company, joined Sakura Jimusho in October 2016. Based on specialized knowledge in housing, engaged in information dissemination through media appearances, lectures, and YouTube on a wide range of topics from housing and living to disaster prevention. Supervised home inspections for the NHK drama "Shōjiki Fudosan" (Honest Real Estate). Appointed as Head of Management Planning Office in 2021 and as Executive Officer in 2022, a position held to date.

Engaged in sales, design, and construction management for wooden detached house remodeling at a major remodeling company. Joined Sakura Jimusho Co., Ltd. in January 2019 and has been active as a home inspector who inspects and investigates the condition of buildings during and after construction. Has handled over 1,000 consultations on housing problems. Has made numerous media appearances. Appointed as Executive Officer CCO of Sakura Jimusho in April 2025, a position held to date.
