PSC Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Masayuki Suzuki, hereinafter "PSC"), a member of the Software Association of Japan (SAJ), has successively announced and implemented three initiatives from late 2025 to early 2026, demonstrating through actual implementations the shift from the "use" of AI to the "management" of AI.

Japan's First - "PSC AI SOC Service" Compliant with GDPR and the Personal Information Protection Law, Available from November 2025

Overview
In collaboration with CoWorker Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Kazuki Yamazato), PSC released the "PSC AI SOC Service" on November 4, 2025. It is "Japan's first" AI SOC service compliant with the obligation to provide initial information within 72 hours as stipulated by the GDPR and the Personal Information Protection Law.

Key Features
The offensive AI agent "PSC RedAgent Powered by CoWorker" attempts and verifies unprecedented attack patterns at a speed far exceeding human capabilities. Security inspection speed has increased by more than 10 times compared to conventional methods.

The defensive AI agent "BlueAgent" automates forensics (digital evidence analysis), reducing analysis time to about 1/3 of the conventional time. It learns from multiple domestic and international data sources to respond to unknown attacks in real-time.

The foundation of trust is supported by a vendor-less security track record centered on IBM security cultivated since the company's founding in 1996, as well as certifications such as the Engineer Award and Security Specialization from Microsoft Japan.

Successive Implementation of AI Features in the In-house Product "Coo Kai" Series (October–November 2025)

Major New Features
Workflow AI Support (Released in October 2025) - Japan's First. Automatically generates attendance and business trip requests simply through conversations on Copilot Chat. The entire process from "selecting the application form template -> creating the application form -> drafting" is completed via voice input.

Coo Kai Misdirection Prevention Tool AI Diagnostic Feature (Released on November 25, 2025). AI autonomously diagnoses cases that could not be determined by conventional tools, such as discrepancies between the destination domain and the company name in the email body.

Coo Kai BBS x Microsoft 365 Copilot Integration (Released in November 2025). Realizes a mechanism to seamlessly access company-specific internal bulletin board information from within Copilot Chat. Acquired an official endorsement from Microsoft Japan.

Hosted "Talent in the AI Era" Workshop Co-sponsored by SAJ Human Resources Committee and IPA (February 24, 2026)

The SAJ Human Resources Committee (Chairman: Masayuki Suzuki, Representative Director of PSC) held a workshop jointly with the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA). The event featured a keynote speech by Mr. Koji Kono, Director of the International and Industry Department at IPA, a session by Mr. Takayuki Fukushima, Director at PSC, and introductions of domestic and international AI use cases and practical programs by PSC employees.

The People and Passion Supporting this Growth from the Field - A Trio of AI x Apps x Security

As the key figures behind the three announcements, three individuals—Mr. Akinori Osada from the AI Division, Mr. Kohei Uera from the Cloud Apps Division, and Mr. Kohei Takahashi from the Security & Managed Division—are driving PSC's AI agent era.

Mr. Akinori Osada (AI Division, joined in 2019) is in charge of proposing, implementing, and educating on generative AI and AI agents in the AI Division established in 2025. He also led the "Agent Design Workshop" as a facilitator at the SAJ workshop.
"I believe everyone will become a coordinator in the future. Because AI agents are subordinates, everyone will become a manager and direct their own subordinate AI agents. What humans should do is make decisions and create something from scratch."

Mr. Kohei Uera (Cloud Apps Division, joined in 2017) has participated as the development leader of the "Coo Kai" series since joining the company and has been promoting the AI enablement of BBS, misdirection prevention tools, and workflows since 2025.
"AI cannot create proper things unless communicated to properly. The ability to convey correct information—communication skills—is exactly the skill needed in the AI era."

Mr. Kohei Takahashi (Security & Managed Division, joined in 2015) started his career in web vulnerability diagnosis and is currently managing the 24/7 operations of the SOC service.
