PSC Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masayuki Suzuki; hereinafter "PSC"), a member of the Software Association of Japan (SAJ), announced and implemented three initiatives in quick succession from late 2025 to early 2026, demonstrating a shift from "AI utilization" to "AI management" through practical implementation.

**Japan's First – GDPR and Personal Information Protection Law Compliant "PSC AI SOC Service" to be Provided from November 2025**

**Overview** In collaboration with CoWorker Inc. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Kazuki Yamasato), PSC released the "PSC AI SOC Service" on November 4, 2025, as "Japan's first" AI SOC service compliant with the 72-hour initial information provision obligation stipulated by GDPR and the Personal Information Protection Law.

**Key Features** * **Attack-side AI agent "PSC RedAgent Powered by CoWorker":** Tries and verifies unprecedented attack patterns at speeds far exceeding human capabilities. Security inspection speed improved by more than 10 times. * **Defense-side AI agent "BlueAgent":** Automates forensics (digital evidence analysis), reducing analysis time to approximately 1/3 of conventional methods. Learns from multiple domestic and international data sources to respond to unknown attacks in real-time. * **Reliable foundation:** Supported by vendor-neutral security achievements based on IBM security expertise cultivated since its founding in 1996, and certifications such as the Microsoft Engineer Award and Security Specialization.

**AI Functions Successively Implemented in Proprietary Product "Coo Kai" Series (October-November 2025)**

**Main New Functions** * **Workflow AI Support (Released October 2025):** Japan's first to automatically generate attendance and business trip applications simply by conversing on Copilot Chat. The entire process from "selecting application template → creating application → initiating" is completed by voice input. * **Coo Kai Misdelivery Prevention Tool AI Diagnosis Function (Released November 25, 2025):** AI autonomously diagnoses cases that conventional tools could not detect, such as a mismatch between the recipient domain and the company name in the email body. * **Coo Kai BBS × Microsoft 365 Copilot Integration (Released November 2025):** Realizes a mechanism for seamless access to company-specific internal bulletin board information from Copilot Chat. Officially endorsed by Microsoft Japan.

**SAJ Human Resources Committee × IPA Co-hosted "AI Era Human Resources" Workshop (Held February 24, 2026)** The SAJ Human Resources Committee (Chairperson: Masayuki Suzuki, Representative Director of PSC) co-hosted a workshop with the Information-technology Promotion Agency, Japan (IPA). The event featured a keynote speech by Koji Kono, Director of International and Industry Department, IPA, a session by Takayuki Fukushima, Director of PSC, and presentations on domestic and international AI utilization case studies and practical programs by PSC employees.

**The People and Passion Supporting This Growth from the Front Lines – The Trio of AI × Apps × Security** Three individuals are leading PSC into the agent era as the main players in each of the three announcements: Akihisa Osada (AI Business Division), Kohei Kamiyoshi (Cloud Apps Business Division), and Kohei Takahashi (Security & Managed Services Division).

Akihisa Osada (AI Business Division, joined 2019) is responsible for proposals, implementation, and education of generative AI and AI agents in the AI Business Division established in 2025. He also led the "Agent Design Workshop" as a facilitator at the SAJ workshop. "In the future, everyone will become a coordinator. Since AI agents are subordinates, everyone will become a manager and operate their AI agent subordinates. What humans should do is make decisions and create something from scratch."

Kohei Kamiyoshi (Cloud Apps Business Division, joined 2017) has been involved as a development leader for the "Coo Kai" series since joining the company and has promoted AI integration for BBS, misdelivery prevention tools, and workflows since 2025. "AI cannot produce good results unless it is properly communicated with. The ability to convey correct information – communication skills – is what is needed in the AI era."

Kohei Takahashi (Security & Managed Services Division, joined 2015) started his career with web vulnerability assessments and is currently responsible for the 24/7 SOC service.
