Gigooo Inc., headquartered in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and led by CEO Takeshi Ueda, has officially launched its AI agent business. This follows an exclusive partnership with a Silicon Valley technology company, the first of its kind in Japan, to deploy advanced AI agent tools. The company aims to address Japan's IT industry challenges of chronic engineer shortages and slow AI adoption. The AI agent tool is designed to automate tasks, allowing human employees to focus on creative work, and is currently in a pilot phase with a major domestic telecommunications carrier. Gigooo differentiates itself by having approximately 130 engineers who directly engage with clients to identify challenges and co-design efficiency and improvement plans. In addition to their existing SES and AI businesses, Gigooo has launched three new services: 1) Recruitment Support, offering their experienced engineer hiring expertise to other companies; 2) AI Training, targeting sectors like manufacturing and construction to promote DX and AI adoption; and 3) DX Consulting, providing comprehensive support from needs assessment to implementation. The company consistently hires 5-10 experienced engineers monthly, and both its SES and new businesses are experiencing steady revenue growth. Haruka Kubo, Sales Manager, who joined Gigooo in February 2024 without prior IT experience and was promoted to Sales Manager in January 2025, emphasizes a 'challenge-oriented culture' inspired by Silicon Valley's 'try small and improve' approach. Gigooo Inc. is a member of the Software Association of Japan (SAJ).
