Saison Technology Co., Ltd. will launch 'Agent Orchestration' on July 1, an AI business execution platform that centrally manages AI business utilization across entire organizations.

This service is offered as part of the 'HULFT Square' cloud-based data integration platform, developed in Japan. It functions as an AI agent builder, providing capabilities such as creating AI agents, setting up and managing generative AI models and internal data integration, controlling AI agent behavior and task execution capabilities, and visualizing usage while suppressing skyrocketing costs. Furthermore, it securely promotes enterprise-wide AI utilization by providing governance functions covering processes, models, and costs in AI application.

Background
In recent years, generative AI based on Large Language Models (LLM) and AI agents that act autonomously have rapidly become widespread. Coupled with the expansion of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)—a technique that improves answer accuracy by linking proprietary corporate data with AI—enterprise use of AI is expanding year by year.

However, there are still many challenges in integrating AI into organizational business processes. These include 'shadow AI' where employees use AI without IT manager approval, governance problems such as using unauthorized corporate confidential information in generative AI, increased costs as AI usage scales, and cases where answers fail to meet expected accuracy even after linking AI with scattered internal or SaaS data.

'Agent Orchestration' is classified as an AI Operations (AIOps) service, positioned between AI platform environments and AI applications. To introduce AI into business processes, it not only handles creation, management, control, and automation of AI agents, but also manages generative AI models, governance, and costs in an integrated manner. By combining it with the 'HULFT Square' data integration platform, it can also control data integration jobs, serving as a foundation to fully utilize internal data and operate AI company-wide.

'Agent Orchestration' is provided as part of 'HULFT Square'. The 'AI-Start Pack' comes with 'Agent Orchestration' standard, starting at 680,000 yen (excluding tax) per month. For 'Standard' and 'Enterprise' plans, it is available as an add-on for 200,000 yen (excluding tax) per month in addition to the plan fee.
