[First Store in Tokyo] 'BAKERY CAFE C' Opens at Tokyo Solamachi on Tuesday, April 28!

Saint Marc Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture; President & Representative Director: Yuki Fujikawa) will open "BAKERY CAFE C" on the 2nd floor of the West Yard at Tokyo Skytree Town Solamachi on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

"BAKERY CAFE C" is the brand's first store in Tokyo, operating as a new bakery cafe developed under the concept of "delivering the value of Japanese bread as an experience."

A New Bakery Experience Themed Around "C"

"BAKERY CAFE C" is a brand that offers a simple yet refined food experience centered on three "C"s: Croissant, Coffee, and Café.

We propose "just the right time" with a space, bread, and drinks curated around carefully selected "C" items.

Furthermore, capitalizing on its location overlooking the Tokyo Skytree, this store operates as an experiential bakery where tourism and daily life intersect, based on the concept of "turning time at Tokyo Skytree Town® into a food experience."

We aim to create a place where Japanese bread culture can be enjoyed as a "single experience."

About 80 Types of Bread and Various Ways to Enjoy

Inside the store, we offer about 80 types of bread, ranging from standard items like croissants to savory breads and dessert options.

We provide a lineup that caters to various usage scenarios, from the joy of choosing and carrying, to the time spent relaxing in the store.

In addition, it is designed to meet takeout and eat-and-walk demands, making it accessible to a wide range of customers, especially tourists.

Experiential Products for "Enjoying Photography with Tokyo Skytree in the Background"

At the Tokyo Solamachi store, we plan to offer the "Tokyo Skytree® Smoothie," a store-exclusive product with visuals inspired by the "lighting of Tokyo Skytree."

The following three types will be provided:
- Miyabi (Elegance) ver
- Iki (Chic) ver
- Nobori (Banner) ver

These have a high affinity for photography with the Tokyo Skytree, providing an experience of capturing memories of the visit in photos.

Furthermore, we are designing a new experiential flow of "shoot, eat, and share" by developing visually enjoyable products, such as drinks inspired by the Tokyo Skytree lighting.

Multilingual Support and Experiential Value Unique to a Tourist Location

Anticipating inbound demand, we will provide guidance in English, Chinese, and Korean.

Under the theme of "Japanese Bakery Experience," we will broadcast the charm of Japanese bread culture to the world.

"Cloud Croissant" planned to be offered exclusively at the Tokyo Solamachi store.

We will create a store that can be enjoyed from different perspectives: as "Japanese bread evaluated globally" for domestic customers, and as a "uniquely Japanese food experience" for inbound customers.

A New Cafe Experience of "Spending Time, Tasting, and Sharing"

At BAKERY CAFE C, we offer a series of experiential values—"choosing," "holding," "spending time," "tasting," and "discovering"—rather than just buying bread.

Furthermore, by taking pictures with the Tokyo Skytree and sharing them on SNS, the store visit experience itself is designed to remain as a memory.

Moving forward, our company aims to create new experiential value through food and promote the popularization of the cafe experience.

Bakery Cafe C's "Three Commitments"

BAKERY CAFE C is a bakery cafe that proposes a simple yet refined food experience centered on the three "C"s: Croissant, Coffee, and Café.

Through products that are thoroughly particular about ingredients, manufacturing methods, and combinations, we richly orchestrate the time itself of "choosing," "tasting," and "spending time."

Here, we introduce the following three commitments that form the core of the brand.

- Commitment 1: Croissant — The star symbolizing "C"
- Commitment 2: Dairy Products — Richness and lingering finish born from the quality of ingredients
- Commitment 3: Coffee — A cup to enjoy with bread

Commitment 1: Croissant — The star symbolizing "C"

At the center of BAKERY CAFE C is the croissant, which is also the symbol of the brand.
By combining a variety of ingredients with dough that is crispy and fragrant on the outside and moist on the inside, we create new flavors.

In addition to simple yet luxurious flavors, we incorporate Japanese elements, such as the "Mitarashi Dango Croissant" and "Warabimochi Kinako Croissant."
