Currently, confirming the planting status of crops for measures like income stabilization primarily relies on direct visual confirmation of massive target agricultural fields. This places an extremely heavy operational burden on local municipalities and regional agricultural revitalization councils. As further population aging and a decline in municipal staff are inevitable in the future, completing surveys accurately and quickly with limited personnel has become a nationwide issue.
