『天婦羅更科蕎麥麵』 稅入價1,790日圓
僅研磨蕎麥種子中心的更科蕎麥粉，具有白皙滑順的口感，以及細緻的香氣和高雅的風味。可搭配兩種醬汁享用：一種是根據地區喜好獨家調製的蕎麥麵湯汁，另一種是SAGAMI特製的芝麻醬。搭配現炸天婦羅，是能襯托食材優良本質的奢華逸品。
『漬鮪魚丼飯與麵』 稅入價1,770日圓
豪華地鋪上了店內現切的鮪魚，以帶有高湯鮮味的SAGAMI特製醬油醃漬而成。濃郁的蛋黃與之融合，帶來絕妙的風味。與口感滑順的蕎麥麵也非常搭配。請務必一同品嚐。
