"WASHOKU MEN-DOKORO SAGAMI," which originated in Nagoya, is an authentic Japanese restaurant where people of all ages can enjoy a wide variety of dishes such as udon, soba, rice bowls, and set meals. We offer a "Japanese food experience" that brings smiles to the whole family through dishes that utilize seasonal ingredients, with a focus on our dashi broth and ingredients.
To commemorate the grand opening, an "OPEN Festival" will be held on the following dates.

【About WASHOKU MEN-DOKORO SAGAMI】
We operate 167 stores mainly in the Tokai region, as well as in Kanto, Kansai, and Hokuriku. We are committed to "3 freshly made" – freshly ground, freshly made, and freshly boiled – and all stores are equipped with stone mills to grind buckwheat flour daily.
We offer a wide range of menus, including "noodle dishes" such as soba and udon, "Nagoya meshi" such as miso nikomi and chicken wings, and "washoku zen" that utilizes seasonal ingredients.
Takeout-only noodles, udon, kishimen, and sarashina soba (using overseas buckwheat flour) are manufactured at our own factory.
Stone-Milled Domestic Soba
We are committed to "freshly ground," "freshly made," and "freshly boiled" using carefully selected "domestic buckwheat." We grind buckwheat grains daily in stone mills at our stores, make noodles daily at our stores, and boil them to order at all locations.
The "aroma and smooth texture" that can only be experienced with in-house noodle making is our proud specialty.
Miso Nikomi
"Miso Nikomi," a Nagoya specialty with the No. 1 sales volume in Japan*. The secret miso blend, a golden balance of red, white, and Hatcho miso, is the key to its flavor.
By simmering the special miso nikomi noodles from raw noodles, we bring out a unique flavor and firmness. The health benefits of miso are said to be high, as it is said that "miso is a doctor's necessity."
Chicken Wings
