Sagami Restaurants Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Moriyama Ward; President: Toshiharu Washizu) will begin selling the limited-time "Chilled Tantan Kishimen" at its self-service udon chain "Dondonan" starting July 1, 2026 (Wed). In addition, summer noodle dishes such as "Chilled Tanuki Soba" and "Hiyamugi" are also currently available.

Our own noodles, with their "smooth and chewy" texture, are perfectly coated with a rich sesame sauce made with plenty of white sesame seeds. Topped with spicy tantan minced meat full of umami, the dish offers a deeper richness and flavor.
