【About Washoku Menedokoro Sagami】
We operate 167 stores mainly in the Tokai region, as well as in Kanto, Kansai, and Hokuriku. Committed to "3 tate" (freshly ground, freshly made, freshly boiled), all stores are equipped with stone mills to grind soba flour daily. We offer a wide range of menu items such as "noodle dishes" like soba and udon, "Nagoya meshi" like Miso Nikomi and chicken wings, and "Japanese set meals" that utilize seasonal ingredients.
