We operate 166 stores mainly in the Tokai region, as well as in Kanto, Kansai, and Hokuriku. We are committed to "three fresh" (freshly milled, freshly made, freshly boiled) standards, with stone mills installed in all stores to grind buckwheat flour daily.

We offer a wide range of menus, including 'noodle dishes' such as soba and udon, 'Nagoya meshi' such as miso-nikomi and chicken wings, and 'Japanese set meals' utilizing seasonal ingredients.

Takeout-only noodles, Tartary buckwheat, udon, and kishimen are manufactured at our company's factory.

■Stone-Milled Domestic Soba

Using carefully selected 'domestic soba' ingredients, we adhere to 'freshly milled, freshly made, freshly boiled' standards. Buckwheat grains are ground daily on stone mills in stores, noodles are made daily in stores, and boiled to order in all locations.

This exquisite dish boasts 'aroma and texture' that can only be experienced through in-store noodle making.

■Sagami's Mornings Start with 'Lighting the Dashi Pot'

Dashi is prepared every morning and evening in a large pot without fail. This is because the flavor diminishes over time.

We blend premium ingredients tailored to each region, further enhancing the deliciousness of our signature soba and udon.

■Miso Nikomi (Simmered in Miso)

Nagoya's specialty, 'Miso Nikomi,' which ranks number one in sales*. The secret to its flavor lies in the golden balance of red, white, and Hatcho miso.

By simmering noodles specifically designed for Miso Nikomi from raw dough, we bring out a unique flavor and chewiness. Miso is known for its high nutritional value, to the point where it's said, 'Miso is medicine for doctors.' *Restaurant division

■Chicken Wings (Tebasaki)
