[Saga Tamaya] Northern Blessings Gather. Enjoy Hokkaido Gourmet for 13 Days. From April 8 (Wed), "23rd Early Summer Hokkaido Grand Food Fair" [Part 2]

　Saga Tamaya (Headquarters: 2-5 Nakanokoji, Saga City, Saga Prefecture, President: Yuto Yamakoshi) will hold the "23rd Early Summer Hokkaido Grand Food Fair Part 2" for 6 days from Wednesday, April 8, 2026, to Monday, April 13, 2026, at the Minami Building 7th floor event hall.

　Following the first part, carefully selected delicacies nurtured by Hokkaido's rich land and sea will gather again. This event will offer a wide variety of Hokkaido-exclusive gourmet foods, such as carefully selected seafood bento boxes, popular ramen, and trending sweets, delivering "Northern flavors" throughout the venue.

　Furthermore, in the second part, "Lagichan Ramen," a first-time exhibitor, will appear. You can enjoy their Chinese noodles with a rich "seafood x pork" soup. In addition, new attractions have been added, such as "Yakinikurestoran Saran"'s bento box featuring an assortment of Hokkaido meats, exclusively for the second part, offering a lineup that can be enjoyed repeatedly. Live experiences, such as live cooking demonstrations by artisans and eat-in corners where you can enjoy freshly made dishes on the spot, will continue to be available.

　We will also offer many souvenirs and limited-quantity items that allow you to enjoy Hokkaido's charm even at home, delivering moments where you can feel a "travel mood" in your daily life.
