Notice of Executive Personnel Changes to Strengthen Management System

Safie Inc. (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Ryūhei Sadoshima; hereinafter "Safie"), the No. 1 share provider of cloud recording services (*1), announces that it will transition to a new organizational structure effective July 1, 2026, with the aim of strengthening its management system and further promoting "Genba AX" (on-site DX).

Currently, many industries with on-site operations face the serious challenge of labor shortages, and the gap between demand and supply is widening. As indicated in Safie's financial results for the full fiscal year ending December 2025, the company plans to further strengthen its initiatives in the digital and AI domains to address these societal issues. Moving forward, Safie aims to accelerate the development and provision of products and solutions as "infrastructure for the physical AI era" that integrally utilizes video, audio, and sensor data, thereby achieving labor savings and automation in on-site operations and empowering workers.

To solidify the management foundation supporting these initiatives, the new organization will expand management execution functions in the AI/product development domain and the internal DX domain. Takao Ishikawa, General Manager of the Planning Department, who has been responsible for strategic planning and infrastructure building for solutions and product development, including AI, will newly assume the position of Executive Officer. Furthermore, Mitsuhiro Mitsuda, an Executive Officer who has promoted the renewal of internal business systems and the utilization of generative AI, will newly assume the position of CIO (Chief Information Officer) and will lead the promotion of strategic IT management and industry transformation.

Under the vision of "Creating the future from video," Safie will continue to promote Genba AX to empower people's ways of working.

1. New Executive Officer Profile

Takao Ishikawa

After joining a manufacturer as a new graduate, he gained experience in multiple product development and PM roles as an engineer before joining DeNA Co., Ltd. He was involved in the driver-side solution for the current taxi app GO. Following the business integration, he transferred to the current GO Inc. and continued to engage in the IT x Real domain for the same product. He joined Safie Inc. in October 2021. As General Manager of the Planning Department, he oversaw product strategy and organization as the head of the product management and design organizations. He will assume the position of Executive Officer in July 2026.

I am deeply honored to be appointed as an Executive Officer. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported Safie's growth since its founding. I feel great potential and anticipation for Safie's challenge to solve societal issues through its video platform.

Safie has so far solved various challenges faced by on-site operations in all industries through the power of video. In Japanese society, where the working-age population is declining, improving on-site productivity is an urgent matter. With the accelerating evolution of AI, I am convinced that we can solve the challenges of all on-site operations by combining on-site data, including video, audio, and sensor data, with AI. We will leverage the collective strength of our group companies to create value that extends from the on-site to society as a whole.

I will leverage my experience gained through product management to build a system that continues to create truly valuable products for our customers. I will dedicate my full efforts to solving as many on-site challenges as possible and to creating a better future with all of you by realizing the vision of "Creating the future from video."
