I'm Safe LLC offers a convenient online course for the [Foreman Training (without Safety and Health Manager)], mandated by a Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare directive, which can be taken from your company or home.

The schedule for July 2026 has been released.

According to Article 60 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, when the type of business falls under what is stipulated in Article 19 of the Enforcement Order of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, employers must provide safety and health education to foremen and others who directly supervise or guide workers during their tasks upon their new appointment.

Due to the revision of the Enforcement Order of the Industrial Safety and Health Act, from April 1, 2023, 'food product manufacturing (umami seasoning manufacturing and animal/vegetable oil/fat manufacturing are already covered),' 'newspaper industry, publishing industry, bookbinding industry, and printed matter processing industry,' which were previously exempt, have been newly added to the industries requiring safety and health education for foremen, making it mandatory.

*The industries traditionally subject to foreman education are construction, manufacturing (with some exceptions), electricity, gas, machine repair, and automobile maintenance.

These industries also require foreman qualifications due to organizational changes.

I'm Safe's foreman education is a statutory education mandated by 'Article 60 of the Industrial Safety and Health Act.' 'When the type of business falls under what is stipulated by Cabinet Order, the employer must provide education on safety or health for the following matters, as stipulated by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, to foremen and others who are newly appointed to directly supervise or guide workers during their tasks (excluding work supervisors).'
