Conclusion of a Collaboration Agreement on Health Promotion with Miharu Town, Fukushima Prefecture

Renaissance Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sumida-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Misao Mochizuki; hereinafter "the Company") concluded a "Collaboration Agreement on Health Promotion" with Miharu Town, Fukushima Prefecture, on June 5, 2026.

Based on this agreement, both parties will further deepen their collaboration and cooperation to strengthen Miharu Town's health promotion efforts and contribute to supporting the health of its residents.

Miharu Town Mayor Hiroyuki Sakamoto, and the Company's Executive Officer, General Manager of the 1st Sales Department, Hiroyuki Noguchi.

Background

As a "Well-being Co-creation Company for the 100-Year Life Era," the Company has been involved in numerous health promotion projects across various regions. In Miharu Town, it has supported the town-run gym "Machitre," a health promotion project utilizing the health center, since its opening.

The know-how in regional contribution cultivated by the Company through its health promotion business aligns well with the direction of health promotion and community development outlined in Miharu Town's "Healthy Miharu 21 (Third Phase)." To further contribute to the health improvement of residents, the Company decided to enter into this agreement.
