Renaissance Partners with Nikkei's "NIKKEI OFFICE PASS" to Offer New Work Styles Supporting Health Management at 131 Facilities Nationwide

Renaissance Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sumida-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Misao Mochizuki; hereinafter "the Company") has partnered with "NIKKEI OFFICE PASS," a workspace matching platform provided by Nikkei Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President: Nobuhisa Iida), and will participate as a member store of the service.

Through this partnership, NIKKEI OFFICE PASS members will be able to use not only workspaces (lounges) but also sports facilities such as gyms, pools, studios, saunas, and spas at 131 directly managed sports clubs nationwide.

Supporting the Balance Between Work Style and Health Promotion

In recent years, as the importance of human capital management grows, companies are required to implement initiatives that simultaneously achieve "flexible work styles independent of time and place" and "employee health maintenance and promotion."

In addition to operating sports clubs, the Company provides health support services for companies, health insurance associations, and local governments, having supported the health management of over 1,300 companies to date. On the other hand, NIKKEI OFFICE PASS networks over 1,300 shared offices and co-working spaces nationwide, supporting business professionals' autonomous work styles.
