After-school Day Service "AKIDS VISTA Morinomiya" Opens

Renaissance Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Sumida-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President Executive Officer: Misao Mochizuki; hereinafter "the Company"), which upholds the philosophy of "a company that creates a sense of purpose," opened the after-school day service "AKIDS VISTA Morinomiya" (AKIDS Vista Morinomiya), operated by Ichimoto Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Yuki Hirano; hereinafter "Ichimoto"), on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, within the Sports Club & Sauna Spa Renaissance Morinomiya Q's Mall 24.

This facility is the fourth to be opened within the Company's facilities and the second in the Morinomiya area. As a new support base following the first facility, it will contribute to the developmental support and healthy growth of children in the community.

■Background of AKIDS Establishment

In Japan, while the need for support for children with developmental disabilities is increasing, there are still few therapeutic care facilities specializing in "exercise." Therapeutic care is an initiative that combines treatment and education to support a child's growth, and interest in developmental support incorporating physical activity has been growing year by year.

In response to this situation, the Company has been establishing "AKIDS," an after-school day service specializing in exercise therapy care, based on Ichimoto's expert therapeutic care know-how, within its own facilities since 2023.

Since 2023, the Company has opened facilities in Morinomiya (Osaka Prefecture), Minamiosawa (Tokyo), and Abeno (Osaka Prefecture), providing specialized therapeutic care opportunities to over 200 children to date.

Furthermore, the Company has been providing health support through exercise tailored to various life stages, ranging from exercise-focused day services for the elderly to exercise support for diverse children, including those with developmental disabilities. This initiative leverages the Company's knowledge and facility functions to expand new exercise support options for children with developmental characteristics. The Company will continue to strengthen its collaboration with Ichimoto, aiming to support the healthy growth of children and become an indispensable presence for families and the community.
