Renaissance Inc. (Headquarters: Sumida-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director, President and Executive Officer: Misao Mochizuki, hereafter "the Company") has partnered with "NIKKEI OFFICE PASS," a workspace matching platform provided by Nikkei Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and CEO: Nobuhisa Iida), and will participate as an affiliated store of the service.

Through this partnership, NIKKEI OFFICE PASS members will be able to use sports facilities such as gyms, pools, studios, saunas, and spas in addition to utilizing workspaces (lounges) at 131 of our directly managed sports clubs nationwide.

■ Supporting Both Working Styles and Health Promotion
In recent years, as the importance of human capital management grows, companies are expected to implement initiatives that simultaneously achieve "flexible working styles not bound by time or location" and "the maintenance and promotion of employee health."

In addition to operating sports clubs, the Company provides health support services for corporations, health insurance societies, and local governments, having supported the health management of over 1,300 companies to date. On the other hand, NIKKEI OFFICE PASS networks over 1,300 shared offices and coworking spaces nationwide, supporting the autonomous working styles of business professionals.

This partnership was realized because the directions of both companies aligned: our goal of "providing an environment where working and moving one's body can be experienced seamlessly," and NIKKEI OFFICE PASS's goal of "promoting autonomous working styles that maximize employee performance."
