Taiya Fujibayashi and Kairi Shimizu to Appear! New Friday Drama 'Shimobe no Ouji-sama' Starts July 3rd

TOKYO MX (Tokyo Metropolitan Television Co., Ltd.) will begin broadcasting its new Friday drama 'Shimobe no Ouji-sama', starring Fumi Ogawa (BUDDiiS) and Toshiki Seto in dual lead roles, from Friday, July 3, 2026, every Friday at 11:00 PM. It is a love story depicting the master-servant relationship spanning over a decade between a man who once reigned like a 'prince' and the 'servant' who continued to obey him, after their social positions are reversed. Naoya Goto (Fumi Ogawa) is the son of a company president, excels in both academics and sports, and sits at the top of the school hierarchy. Takaaki Sato (Toshiki Seto) is a gloomy, low-ranking student who is constantly ordered around by Naoya. Even in the face of Naoya's unreasonable demands, Takaaki obediently follows. Ten years later, Naoya has failed in business management, lost everything, and is unemployed. Meanwhile, Takaaki has become a successful young president of a venture company, completely reversing their social standings... yet Takaaki continues to serve Naoya like a 'servant'. Taiya Fujibayashi, who gained attention in 'Kamen Rider Gotchard' (TV Asahi) and co-starred in the drama 'PUNKS△TRIANGLE' (Fuji TV), has been cast as Hiroto Tachiki.
