RX Japan LLC (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Tokyo Midtown Yaesu) will host an 'Exhibition Briefing & IR Workshop/Networking Event for IR Professionals' on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, ahead of the inaugural Japan's largest IR and individual investor-focused event, the 'IR & Stock Investment Festival (Kabufes)', to be held on Thursday, February 26 and Friday, February 27, 2027, at Tokyo Big Sight.

This event is a hybrid program designed to shape the future of IR activities, combining a comprehensive overview of the new 'IR & Stock Investment Festival', including audience acquisition plans and participation benefits, with a practical 'IR Workshop' led by Mr. Kazuharu Miura, Head of Solutions & Research at Nikko IR, and a 'Networking Session' where IR officers from listed companies can openly share challenges and insights.

In addition to on-site participation (limited to the first 100 registrants on a first-come, first-served basis), Part 1 (Briefing & Workshop) will also be live-streamed online.

【Background and Objectives of the Event】

As companies face increasing demands for improved capital efficiency and proactive information disclosure, the importance of 'high-quality communication' between corporations and investors has never been greater. However, many IR departments still face challenges such as 'our strengths aren't effectively communicated to investors' or 'there's no platform to share concrete success stories or concerns with peers.'

To address this, ahead of the launch of the 'IR & Stock Investment Festival'—a new platform connecting 15,000 investors (planned) with listed companies—we have designed this event to significantly enhance the quality of IR activities through practical workshops and to foster peer-to-peer connections through a dedicated networking session.

② IR Workshop

Theme: What Do Analysts Look for in a Company? What Makes 'Impactful IR'?

Overview: A former sell-side analyst will unpack the key decision points that lead analysts to identify a company as 'investment-worthy' amid vast amounts of corporate information. Why are performance figures alone or superficial materials with unclear strengths often ignored? Conversely, what makes 'impactful IR'—with clear business models, growth drivers, and consistent medium-to-long-term narratives—stand out? The session will provide concrete insights into the types of disclosures that analysts value and are inclined to recommend.

＜Speaker Profile＞

Mr. Kazuharu Miura, Head of Solutions & Research, Nikko IR Inc. With approximately 25 years of experience as an analyst at Daiwa Institute of Research and SMBC Nikko Securities, he ranked No. 1 in the Home Appliances sector in the 2005 Nikkei Analyst Rankings. After serving as Head of Equity Research and Deputy General Manager of Corporate Planning (leading the Mid-Term Management Planning Group), he now actively works in the IR consulting field.

Part 2: IR Officers Networking Session (16:30–)

We will bring together multiple IR officers from listed companies to freely exchange insights on the effectiveness of their daily IR initiatives, strategic thinking, unique challenges, and future directions of IR activities across various topics.

During the session, attendees can directly ask questions not only to the event organizers but also to Mr. Miura, the workshop speaker from Part 1. This is an ideal environment for those who want to 'hear real-world examples from other companies and consult experts on their own challenges on the spot' or 'expand their network among fellow IR professionals.'
