Osaka Prefecture plans to implement the "Heisei 8 Fiscal Year SME Trade Show Participation Support Subsidy" to help local SMEs expand their customer base and secure funds for wage increases, even amid rising prices and challenging business conditions. Eligible expenses include trade show booth rental fees, with subsidies ranging from a minimum of 100,000 yen to a maximum of 2 million yen, covering two-thirds of the cost.

The subsidy targets SMEs with their primary office or facility located in Osaka Prefecture. Support is intended for participation in domestic, in-person B2B trade shows. Eligible trade shows must meet several criteria, including having their opening day between April 1, 2026 (Reiwa 8), and February 8, 2027 (Reiwa 9).
