Currently, Japan's education sector is at a historic turning point with "severe teacher shortages" and "deepening digitalization." A survey by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology*² highlighted a record shortage of approximately 3,800 teachers in public schools nationwide.
