Katsuryoku Kyoso Kenkyusho Co., Ltd. (Abbreviation: Katsusoken, Headquarters: Yodogawa-ku, Osaka, President & CEO: Higashide Asaoka) will officially commence full-scale operations on Wednesday, April 1st.

Katsusoken was established as a new joint-stock company on Thursday, January 1, 2026, originating from Rui Sekkeishitsu Co., Ltd. (founded in 1972). Its purpose is to 'generate vitality by grasping the deep layers of social expectations and linking them to businesses.' Full-scale activities will start on April 1st.

In modern times, while material wealth has been achieved, society has lost sight of the direction it should take. Many organizations have lost their compass regarding 'why we work,' and their very raison d'être is being fundamentally questioned. As we welcome the beautiful season of spring with cherry blossoms in full bloom, I know many of you are embarking on new journeys. I sincerely pray for the happiness and success of everyone starting a new chapter in life.

And we, at 'Katsuryoku Kyoso Kenkyusho Co., Ltd. (Katsusoken),' have also welcomed the day of departure for a new challenge.

Upon this departure, we asked ourselves once again: 'Where do we come from, and where are we going?' Why do we work, and for what purpose do companies exist? When establishing this company, this fundamental question was the starting point of my own consciousness.

In an era of great transformation, the 'compass' of what to protect and what to change lies in how well we can grasp the 'laws of nature' that pierce through the times, and how we perceive 'new trends.' The driving force that connects this to the future is the 'vitality' that dwells within organizations.

In today's world, having achieved material wealth, society has lost sight of its direction.
