This summer-themed tea time features 'Marunouchi Honey,' produced through an urban beekeeping project in the Marunouchi area, and peaches from Koori Town, Fukushima Prefecture, known as the 'Home of Imperial Peaches.'

'Marunouchi Honey' is harvested in the lush green environment of central Tokyo, including the Imperial Palace and Hibiya Park. It is characterized by a gorgeous aroma and elegant sweetness, with a refreshing finish reminiscent of mint and muscat. The peaches from Koori Town are grown in an area with significant temperature differences between day and night, resulting in a rich aroma, juicy texture, and a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.

The menu includes sweets such as 'Peach and Marunouchi Honey Mousse' and 'Peach and Marunouchi Honey Jasmine Roll.' Savory items include 'Chilled Peach and Potato Soup,' offering a harmonious blend of sweet, salty, and aromatic flavors perfect for summer.
