Stay at the Newly Opened Hotel via Narita Airport: Special Accommodation Plan Launched / The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay

Mitsubishi Estate Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masaya Oshima), which plans and operates Royal Park Hotels within the Mitsubishi Estate Group; Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Atsushi Nakajima); Narita International Airport Corporation (Narita, Chiba; President and CEO: Naoki Fujii); and the global online travel agency Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Singapore; CEO: Jane Sun) are launching a special accommodation plan today, March 27, 2026 (Friday), for "The Royal Park Hotel Maihama Resort Tokyo Bay" (hereinafter "The Royal Park Maihama"), which opened on February 13, 2026 (Friday).

"The Royal Park Maihama" opened as the group's largest hotel with 750 rooms, located within walking distance of Tokyo Disney Resort. Embodying the concept of "TRAVELOGUE: Memories of a Foreign Journey," the hotel combines a space that captures this theme with functions to support a comfortable trip, providing a stay that colors the prologue and epilogue of your journey. The guest rooms are designed around the theme of the world's four oceans and offer a variety of types, primarily for four people, with a maximum capacity of six, catering to families and groups.

This first collaboration project among the four companies offers special rates at "The Royal Park Maihama" for domestic flight passengers using Narita Airport, along with exclusive benefits from the co-hosting companies. By using this special plan in conjunction with Narita Airport, guests can enjoy a space that enhances the excitement of their trip and a comfortable stay at "The Royal Park Maihama," as well as special offers at Airport Cafe NODOKA at Narita International Airport, the Naritanist official app, and Shisui and Gotemba Premium Outlets.

A second phase targeting international flight passengers is planned for the future, with details to be announced separately. Mitsubishi Estate and Trip.com signed a business partnership agreement in September 2021 and have been working together to propose and promote new travel experiences.
