Longmorn 10 Year Old “The Plinius”
'The Plinius' is an alcoholic beverage brand launched by specialists in whisky and art: Master of Whisky Kazunori Shizutani and artist Daiki Kukita.
Longmorn 10 Year Old 64.1% BARREL CASK NO. 901 “The Plinius” THE SINGLE CASK FAMILY SERIES is a classic yet captivating new 'Longmorn 10 Year Old'. Evoking a scene of a forest path in the season of new green leaves, this bottle possesses shimmering aromas and complex flavors that are hard to imagine for a maturation period of just 10 years. The flavor profile, described by Shizutani as 'a feeling of the future of whisky', transitions richly from the refreshing sensation of lime zest and lemon verbena to freshly baked biscuits, and even to a succulent basket of citrus and elderflower.
The label, created by artist Daiki Kukita, expresses the inspiration of 'sunlight filtering through fresh green leaves' in a painting. We invite you to enjoy this superb Speyside malt, carefully selected by Shizutani and Kukita.

Saki Glass Series
The 'Saki Glass Series' consists of glasses developed by Kazunori Shizutani, one of Japan's leading whisky specialists, to maximize the appeal of whisky.
The 'Saki Tasting Glass' was the first to be created out of a desire to further spread the joy of savoring whisky neat. Now, a new lineup has emerged that enhances the characteristics of whisky according to how it is drunk—such as highballs, with water, or on the rocks—and has received high acclaim.
These tasting glasses are handmade in Japan by skilled glass artisans using the traditional method of glassblowing. Unlike mass-produced items, each piece has a slightly different shape, creating a unique individuality.

Background of the Project
This project began as a new challenge filled with gratitude, as a 'tangible way to give back'—a long-held wish for Mr. Kihara, owner of 'BAR Omiya Whisky Salon', for the local community that has supported his business during his 21 years of entrepreneurship in Omiya, Saitama.
BAR Omiya Whisky Salon will be born in a calm area surrounded by large apartment buildings, just beyond the bustling downtown area.
While being an extension of daily life, once you step inside, your mood naturally shifts—
We aim to be 'a place where you can face your drink in silence'.
