A First for Okinawa! Royal Host with Breakfast Buffet to Open: 'Royal Host Naha Kokusai-dori Store' Opens Friday, April 3

Royal Host, operated by the Royal Group, will open the 'Royal Host Naha Kokusai-dori Store' on Friday, April 3, 2026. This brings the total number of Royal Host locations in Japan and overseas to 224*.

The new store will open on the second floor of 'Hotel Monterey La Soeur Naha,' which will have its rebranding opening on Friday, April 3, 2026. Located on Kokusai-dori, the busiest street in Okinawa Prefecture, the restaurant is approximately a 4-minute walk from the Yui Rail 'Kencho-mae Station' and about 14 minutes by monorail from Naha Airport, boasting an ideal location for both tourism and business. We aim to be a 'restaurant loved by the community,' catering to a wide range of needs, including local residents, domestic and international tourists, resort travelers, and business professionals.

Marking our first opening in Okinawa Prefecture in approximately five years, this location will offer a breakfast buffet—a first for Okinawa and the 8th such location nationwide. Under the concept of 'A Naha Breakfast Featuring Japanese, Western, and Ryukyu Flavors,' we will provide a lineup of over 80 items, including Western staples like omelets and pancakes, as well as local specialties such as 'Rafute' (braised pork belly) and 'Soki Soba.'

Additionally, our grand menu will feature traditional Royal Western dishes such as 'Cosmo Doria' and 'Royal's Onion Gratin Soup,' as well as Okinawan-style alcoholic beverages like Awamori and Orion Beer.

Royal's Onion Gratin Soup: 580 yen (638 yen including tax) A traditional dish combining slowly sautéed onions with our rich, house-made consommé soup. There is an anecdote that when Marilyn Monroe visited Japan in 1954 and stopped by the 'Royal Nakasu Main Store (currently Hananoki)' in Fukuoka—the origin of the Royal Host flavor—she took a liking to the onion gratin soup served at the time.

Royal Omurice ~Hashed Beef Sauce~: 1,180 yen (1,298 yen including tax) An omurice featuring fluffy eggs wrapped around chicken rice, topped with hashed beef packed with the umami of stewed beef and vegetables, based on our traditional demi-glace sauce. A classic, authentic taste.

Cosmo Doria: 1,230 yen (1,353 yen including tax) 'Cosmo Doria' is named after the word 'cosmopolitan,' signifying a doria made with butter rice and a variety of ingredients from the fields, mountains, and sea, such as chicken, chestnuts, mushrooms, and shrimp. It is a traditional flavor that has been cherished since the founding of Royal Host.
