ROXX: Sakai Moving Service Fully Implements "Z Career AI Interviewer" for Nationwide Part-time Recruitment

(TSE Prime: 9039), a leading company in the moving industry, has decided to expand the full implementation of "Z Career AI Interviewer" for part-time recruitment across all its nationwide business locations. This decision follows a successful trial introduction in the East Japan area, which began in November 2025. Key results from the trial include a reduction in lead time from application to interview from 3.5 days to 1-1.5 days, the establishment of a system for immediate AI interviews after application, approximately half of applicants choosing the AI interview option, and a 50% reduction in interview man-hours (from over 30 minutes to about 15 minutes per applicant). These improvements led to reduced burden on site managers and allowed them to focus on core services. The AI interviewer also enabled fair and objective evaluation based on unified standards, improving and standardizing recruitment quality across all locations. Sakai Moving Service will offer applicants the choice between in-person and AI interviews. The company plans to expand the use of AI interviews to full-time positions, including mid-career hires, in the future.
