Helsinki, May 20, 2026 – Rohde & Schwarz and the Ukrainian limited liability company Research and Manufacturing Company INFOZAHYST today signed a partnership agreement. This will combine the company's cutting-edge electronic warfare (EW) technology with INFOZAHYST's combat experience and market insights to promote a new line of defense products on the international stage.

The agreement defines a framework for cooperation to jointly promote, adapt, and market three advanced systems: high-power jammers, drone countermeasures, and multi-functional mobile electronic warfare platforms.

Dr. Thomas Bohne, Vice President of Signal Intelligence and Electronic Warfare at Rohde & Schwarz, said: “The synergy between INFOZAHYST's operational expertise and our world-class, operationally proven EW solutions creates a powerful combination that meets the rapidly changing needs of modern armies.
