Rocket Star has been operating RSG (Real Session Guild) since last summer as a place for dialogue to help business owners continue to achieve results. We are now pleased to re-introduce this initiative.
Our concept is 'Teaming up to aim for the stars.' Management is inherently a lonely endeavor. However, we believe that instead of closing off in that loneliness, when trusted business owners face each other and continue to sharpen their thinking, it leads to greater results.
Never leave the president alone.
RSG is the concrete realization of this philosophy.
### What is RSG?
RSG is a place where members spend about five hours together every two months, including a dinner meeting, to engage thoroughly in dialogue.
In this space, we do not perform presentations of success stories or case studies of failure. We emphasize facing the inner self—the loneliness, suffering, weakness, and conflict that one carries precisely because of the position of president—and putting those feelings into frank words.
When you touch upon the conflicts and hesitations that other business owners have actually faced, the same emotions and memories are evoked within yourself. When you realize you are not alone, the thoughts that were closed off in loneliness begin to move.
At that moment, the axis of judgment is sharpened, and the quality of decision-making changes. Resonance changes action, and changes in action lead to results. The accumulation of these moments produces growth as a manager and solid results.
### Operating Policy
The operation is hosted by representative Takeshi Ogiwara as a facilitator. To increase the density of dialogue, we have established the RSG Charter. We believe that the common understanding of what attitude to bring to this place determines the quality of the discussion.
RSG is not open to everyone. We will grow this place together with those who are seriously committed to management and have the resolve to continue facing their own inner selves.

**Mr. Hayato Iijima**
'In management, when bad things happen, they tend to keep swirling around in your head. However, since joining RSG, I've been able to accept such situations more positively, thinking, "Now I have something to talk about at RSG." Placing worries within this spiral of growth—worrying, talking at RSG, getting hints for breakthroughs, trying them out, and then finding new challenges—makes it easier to view even difficult events as opportunities for growth. That is the biggest change I gained through RSG.'
**Mr. Yasuto Kitagata**
'I feel a very large significance in being able to share insights that exceed my own experience at RSG. It is a precious place where I can reaffirm that despite different business domains, there are many commonalities in organizational management and growth processes. Also, being exposed to perspectives outside my expertise allows me to gain new viewpoints that I couldn't notice alone. I truly feel that such multi-faceted stimulation is leading to my own growth.'
