This multi-layered safety protection design achieves extremely high safety standards in the ultra-heavy load domain.
2. Overwhelming Power and Precision for Transporting Over 100 Tons (100T/150T Models)
Especially for models in the 100-ton class and above, the following advanced functions are equipped:
High-precision positioning accuracy: Achieves driving accuracy of ±10mm (positioning accuracy). Furthermore, with vision/mechanical guide correction (optional), it achieves precise positioning of ±1 to 5mm, directly applicable to the assembly of aircraft and vehicle body lines.
Omnidirectional movement: Adopts multi-wheel independent steering drive with 4 to 16 or more wheels. It enables on-the-spot rotation and lateral movement, completely replacing processes that relied on overhead cranes.
3. Integrated Management by Autonomous Operating System "ROBO-HI OS" (Common to all models)
Beyond merely providing vehicles, the "brain" of ROBO-HI OS centrally controls optimal routing for multiple units and seamless integration with on-site staff and existing production management systems (MES) and warehouse management systems (WMS), optimizing the entire facility.
