SHEIN, a global online fashion and lifestyle brand, and the SHEIN Foundation, dedicated to fostering inclusive and sustainable communities in the regions where SHEIN operates, are strengthening their collaboration with Dress for Success, a global nonprofit organization that empowers women to achieve economic independence. This expansion adds three Canadian cities—Montreal, Ottawa, and Vancouver—to the support network, bringing the total to eight global locations working together to enhance women's career readiness and professional development.

Dress for Success is a global nonprofit organization that supports women's economic independence by providing tools, resources, and support to help them succeed in work and life.

Since first partnering with Dress for Success Greater London in 2019, SHEIN has collaborated with various Dress for Success network members worldwide. Through career readiness support, professional clothing, mentorship, and confidence-building resources, both organizations have reinforced their shared commitment to advancing women's economic empowerment.

## Supporting Women in Local Communities

In 2025, SHEIN and the SHEIN Foundation supported Dress for Success network members in London (UK), Chattanooga and Indianapolis (USA), Rome (Italy), Singapore, and Montreal, Ottawa, and Vancouver (Canada), funding the following initiatives:

- London, UK: SHEIN sponsored the 'Client of the Year' and 'Volunteer of the Year' awards at the annual Power of Women Award ceremony and donated over 1,000 professional outfits. In 2025, 750 women were supported through SHEIN's contributions.
- Singapore: 119 women were supported in 2025 through image transformation sessions, professional photo shoots, and skills development workshops. SHEIN also sponsored the 10th-anniversary dinner of Image Mission, the local operating organization.
- Chattanooga, USA: Continued support for programs like the Professional Women's Group and the second annual fundraising gala, CelebrateHer. In 2025, over 236 women were supported—an increase of approximately 490% since its founding in 2023.
- Indianapolis, USA: Through the Career and Confidence program, individual career development coaching and professional styling were provided. In 2025, 1,088 individuals received services, and 115 women secured employment.
- Rome, Italy: With SHEIN's funding, the operation of a multifunctional center continued, and a new career support helpdesk program, 'Ascolto Donna,' was launched. Since its launch in March 2025, over 70 women have been supported.
- Ottawa, Canada: Support enabled 94 clients to participate in the core styling program. The fundraising event 'Stepping Forward: A Night of High Fashion' raised over CAD 40,000.
- Montreal, Canada: 140 women facing systemic barriers to employment participated in the Dressing Service Program, receiving workplace business attire and one-on-one guidance.
- Vancouver, Canada: 97 women accessed the Dressing Service Program. The annual fundraising event 'Success Luncheon' raised over CAD 530,000, with funding expected to support services for over 1,000 clients next year.
