Sales Start for Integrated Solution of Image Recognition AI Camera "AIMERA®" and AI Counting Software "DeepCounter®"

Rist Inc. (Head Office: Shimogyo-ku, Kyoto; Representative Director and President: Kei Nagano; hereinafter "Rist") will begin sales of a new product that integrates "DeepCounter®," an inspection function for counting objects, into "AIMERA®," an all-in-one camera for image recognition AI.

This product achieves labor-saving and efficiency in "counting" tasks. It is a model equipped with AI software "Deep Counter®" on the AI camera AIMERA®, which integrates lighting, camera, and AI model. It enables high-precision and real-time counting of objects, which was difficult with conventional rule-based image processing.

• Complete All-in-One Design: It is self-contained in a single unit, allowing for easy installation without specialized knowledge or skills. Unmanned operation through 24-hour activity significantly reduces labor costs.

• On-premise Operation: Enables the development of proprietary AI models while maintaining confidentiality, preventing information leakage risks.

• Intuitive Operability: Annotation using words (text) is possible, making it easy to handle even without specialized knowledge.

• Equipped with Photometric Stereo Function: Recognizes three-dimensional objects, scratches, and unevenness from various angles.

• Dustproof: Adapts to harsh environments such as outdoors or cold rooms. (Optional)

2. Life Sciences (Counting cells, particles, etc.): By connecting to a microscope, it automates counting tasks performed by researchers and technicians, achieving "creation of high-value time." The annotation function using text reduces the learning cost for researchers without specialized knowledge and contributes to reducing outsourcing costs through in-house model fine-tuning.

3. Social Infrastructure (Construction material management, crowd counting, etc.): Achieves "unmanned sites" in managing rental materials such as scaffolding and site monitoring. It is also dustproof, significantly cutting incidental construction costs such as protective casings and dedicated cables that were previously required.
