Sundai TOMAS to Hold 'Science Experiment Workshop' for Lower Elementary Students

On July 11, 2026, Sundai TOMAS, a subsidiary of Riso Kyoiku Group, will host a 'Middle School Entrance Exam Guidance: Science Experiment Workshop' for elementary students in grades 1-3.

Middle school science entrance exams are increasingly testing critical thinking skills—such as identifying patterns from unfamiliar experimental data—rather than mere memorization. In response, Sundai TOMAS has planned this event to help younger students develop a scientific interest through practical experiments using everyday tools, while also introducing them to actual entrance exam problems.

Participants will engage in paper chromatography to separate ink colors, helping them understand the connection between scientific experiments and entrance exam topics.
