Intensive training using ladders and mini-hurdles will be conducted to improve running ability and form. With specialized guidance, running techniques will be refined, and most children will see an improvement in their 50m dash time by the final day compared to the initial measurement. *This program does not guarantee increased speed.

2. "Fun instruction" by specialized coaches and a unique "certification system" that fosters ambition

Specialized coaches in physical education provide enjoyable instruction, so even children who are not good at sports can participate with confidence. More children are participating as practice before sports day or aiming to be relay team members. A unique "certification system" by STS is awarded based on 50m dash times. Many children strive to advance their ranks, naturally fostering ambition in this camp.
