**A City Where the Spirit of "Mutual Help" is Rooted:** If someone is in need, someone will naturally speak up. We will create a kind space where people watch over each other, without it being something special.
**Generalizing Assistance:** We will spread the knowledge and mental capacity for everyone to be able to support (assist) others at an appropriate distance.

We will make this "compassionate city" a reality through awareness activities to deepen understanding of assistance dogs and the dissemination of acceptance guidelines for stores.

We have no intention of letting this dream remain just a dream.
We will gradually expand our circle through activities such as barrier-free board game events and training that teaches diversity by solving mysteries while simulating disabilities.
