Riot Games simultaneously adds new champions 'Senna' and 'Thresh' to the free-to-play 2v2 fighting game '2XKO' on June 10!

Riot Games has simultaneously implemented new champions, 'Senna, the Redeemer,' and 'Thresh, the Chain Warden,' in its free-to-play 2v2 team fighting game, '2XKO' (Platforms: PS5®, Xbox Series X|S, PC), on June 10.

Additionally, a new PvE mode titled 'The Climb' has been introduced. In this mode, players fight against multiple AI opponents with increasing difficulty levels, gaining 'augments' that change gameplay while navigating branching paths toward the summit.

■ New Champion: Senna, the Redeemer
Cursed by darkness, Senna, a Sentinel of Light, fires her iconic Relic Cannon at enemies and attacks as a ghost of the Black Mist. She demonstrates high capabilities in redeeming fallen souls while switching between two forms. This highly trained Sentinel of Light joined 2XKO on June 10.

■ New Champion: Thresh, the Chain Warden
Cunning and scheming, Thresh is an evil spirit who delights in inflicting pain, imprisoning souls in his lantern to torture them eternally. He attacks from unpredictable angles using his chains, teleports with his lantern, and summons captured souls to assist him. His wicked schemes began in 2XKO on June 10.

Both Senna and Thresh can be purchased immediately for 1,000 KO Points or one Champion Token. They can also be unlocked for free through a shared four-week 'Champion Unlock Event.' After four weeks, Senna and Thresh will be available for purchase for 10,000 Credits. Since two characters are unlocked at once, the required time is approximately 50% longer than a typical acquisition event.

All champions are available for use in Training Mode and Offline Mode without purchase, allowing players to learn about new champions before unlocking them.

■ PvE Mode: The Climb
'The Climb' is a new PvE mode that can be challenged with friends. Fight against randomly appearing CPU-controlled characters to win and unlock augments that alter your playstyle. Augments vary from powerful to eccentric. How will you build your champion?
Complete missions exclusive to 'The Climb' to earn special rewards such as basic chromas, avatar items, and stickers.
