As a result, it became possible to accept demographics who could not work due to time constraints, such as office workers wanting to work after their main job, homemakers after finishing chores, and students after class. We have received applications from about 30 people so far. Currently, 8 part-time staff members are enrolled, all of whom have a main job or studies during the daytime.
The work contents are broken down into fine processes centering on PC cleaning, designed so that the tasks can be handled in a short time and even by inexperienced people.
For example, by taking charge of tasks that do not require specialized skills, such as cleaning the back or bottom of a PC, we built a system where work holds up even in limited time. It realizes an efficient matching for both 'talents who want to work in limited time' and 'the site that wants to maximize operation'.
