After successfully completing the M&A between two parties that had never intersected—a small to medium-sized company operating cram schools and student entrepreneurs who developed board games—we devoted significant time and effort to solidifying our new foundation. The activities of this past year primarily focused on building a business base, such as stabilizing order reception operations and manufacturing systems, as well as sales promotion support and event hosting through existing channels, and developing new sales channels utilizing the know-how and network of cram school operations.
As a result, the cumulative sales, which were 10,000 units immediately after the M&A, exceeded 20,000 units, achieving a twofold sales growth within one year.
Furthermore, to explore new possibilities for educational practice with existing products, from August 2025 to February 2026, we engaged in a collaborative project with a chemistry teacher from Ritsumeikan Uji High School to research the introduction of "Organic Tycoon" into classes. We obtained results demonstrating the potential for improving motivation and knowledge retention, especially for students who struggle with organic chemistry.
