Ridilover Inc. (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Toshiki Abe; hereinafter 'Ridilover') will hold the 'U-18 Next-Generation Social Entrepreneur Experience Program' for junior and senior high school students residing or attending school in Tokyo. This program allows students to experience site visits related to social issues and create business plans. The first session, held over two days at the end of March 2026, saw nearly 50 junior and senior high school students participate. This time, it has been revamped into a more accessible one-day program and will be held again! We welcome participants with a wide range of interests, from those who are slightly interested in entrepreneurship to those who are already actively working towards it.

◾️Two dates to choose from based on your interests

May 24 (Sunday) Session Youth Loneliness and Isolation / Hikikomori

Have you ever imagined what kind of difficulties you might face after graduating high school? In reality, there are young people who, after high school, struggle with 'lack of housing or a place to belong' and have no one to rely on. Participants will visit an NPO that provides a third place and employment support for such individuals, and consider how young people can participate in society.

We will consider the 'social reintegration of ex-offenders' who have committed crimes through this program. Currently, the recidivism rate for ex-offenders exceeds 50%. While this may seem like an individual's responsibility at first glance, complex circumstances lie behind it. Participants will consider a society where anyone can start over, through a lecture by a company supporting the social reintegration of ex-offenders and a walk through Shinjuku Kabukicho.

◾️Feedback from previous participants

A wide range of grades, from first-year junior high school to second-year senior high school, participated. Entrepreneurial experience, enthusiasm for entrepreneurship, and business knowledge are not required.

I learned that passion, vision, and initiative are especially necessary for starting a business. I realized that it's more effective to rely on mentors and connections than to ask AI when I don't understand something.

The difference between online information and real-world voices was striking, and I learned the importance of discerning information myself (and sometimes going out to the field for it).

It was truly enjoyable to have an opportunity to think so deeply about one thing. Moreover, everyone in my group was enthusiastic, and talking with them helped me think from multiple perspectives.
