1. Background of this MOU Conclusion

We will share information on technology trends, market trends, and business models related to AI computing platforms centered on GPU servers, liquid cooling technology, high-density servers, data center infrastructure products, etc., and consider the potential for AI infrastructure-related business in the Japanese market.

Leveraging the knowledge we have cultivated in the reuse business, we will proceed with considerations with KAYTUS on business opportunities related to the entire lifecycle, including the introduction, operation, renewal, and redistribution of AI servers and related equipment.

3. Future Development

Based on this MOU, our company will proceed with discussions with KAYTUS and consider the creation of new business opportunities in the AI infrastructure field. In particular, we will consider the possibility of utilizing GPU servers, liquid cooling solutions, and other AI infrastructure-related products, and aim to build a business model related to the AI infrastructure lifecycle by leveraging the knowledge we have cultivated in our reuse business.
