ReYuu Japan Announces Additional Acquisition of Crypto Assets (Dogecoin) and Cumulative Acquisition Status

Our company is proceeding with the acquisition of crypto assets as announced in the PR information dated February 25, 2026, "Announcement Regarding the Establishment of a Crypto Asset Acquisition Limit (Up to 50 Million Yen)". Furthermore, as stated in the PR information dated April 1, 2026, "Announcement of Final Agreement on Fund Formation for Dogecoin ETF with House of Doge and abc Corporation", we are advancing initiatives centered on Dogecoin (DOGE).

We are pleased to announce that we have made an additional acquisition of Dogecoin within the aforementioned limit, as detailed below.

1. Positioning of this matter Our company has been progressively developing a mid-to-long-term financial strategy utilizing crypto assets, including formulating a treasury strategy policy and establishing related systems.

This acquisition is a continuation of phased acquisitions as part of our Dogecoin initiatives, based on our crypto asset treasury strategy. With this acquisition following the initial one, we announce that the progress of our Dogecoin acquisition and the verification of practical and internal control aspects are steadily advancing.

Future Developments Prior to a full-scale expansion of crypto asset acquisitions utilizing subsidiaries, our company will continue to conduct phased acquisitions within the acquisition limit (up to 50 million yen). Regarding Dogecoin, we are also proceeding with the consideration of concrete initiatives, including financial productization, in cooperation with related companies.
