About this seminar

With the start of summer vacation, the time spent with children increases, but many parents struggle with questions like:

"Why do I get angry so easily?"

"I end up scolding them emotionally and regret it."

In recent years, social interest in how to discipline children at home and communication between parents and children has been growing, and more parents are unsure about "where the line is for discipline."

This time, in response to many requests, we have decided to rebroadcast the archived video.

This seminar does not aim to simply "not get angry," but rather to learn communication techniques from an anger management perspective to protect children while also protecting oneself. After working in sales at a major general trading company for housing and building materials and an educational publishing company, she married at the age of 25.

Upon giving birth, she became involved in the planning and operation of child-rearing support projects organized by Obihiro City, where she encountered anger management.

Currently, she teaches anger management in corporate training and educational settings, and also provides individual consultations as an anger management consultant.

What is Anger Management?

Anger management is a psychological training developed in the United States in the 1970s to effectively manage anger.

By learning anger management, individuals can understand their own anger and establish good relationships with those around them.

Initially, it was established as a correctional program for domestic violence, discrimination, and minor offenders, primarily in California. It is now widely adopted in educational institutions and companies across the United States and has been used for many years to improve educational and work environments and enhance learning and work performance.

In recent years, anger management has gained recognition for its importance in Japan and around the world, and its implementation has begun in public institutions, companies, educational settings, and medical facilities. In Japan, the Japan Anger Management Association was established in 2011 as the Japanese branch of the National Anger Management Association, the world's largest organization, and is disseminating anger management, which is also emphasized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, throughout society.
