He introduced the theory and techniques of anger management from the United States and has delivered lectures, corporate training, seminars, and coaching widely from educational settings to businesses. He is the only Asian person selected as one of the highest-ranked training professionals by the National Anger Management Association, which has only 15 members worldwide.

His major works include "Introduction to Anger Management" (Asahi Shimbun Publishing) and "Let's Start Anger Management" (Daiwa Shobo). His books have been translated into American, Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese, with cumulative sales exceeding 800,000 copies.
